BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ARE AGREEING TO MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

+ Drawn refs, pic refs, color refs, I won’t accept text

+ I reserve the right to decline any commission that's out of my comfort zone.

+ Payment is upfront. No full refunds unless it's an order with no progress.

+ If the customer does not pay in a period of 3 days, their slot will be deleted and given to the next person on the list.

+ I work by payment order, if you paid first, your commission will come up first unless it's a seasonal YCH, because those will come up before we reach the seasonal holiday.

+ Turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the order and my own schedule, going from 2 to 5 months (maybe more or less, again, it depends). If the commission has to be made for a certain day, please communicate it in time.

+ I work fulltime, so I probably won't be able to work on commissions or reply to messages actively while on shift days, please consider that if I don't reply as fast it's probably bc of that.

+ Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. I will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.

+ Products are only for personal use, cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees, but you can publish it on your social networks. Reproduction for commercial use (merchandising), or for advertising, identity or logo is NOT allowed.

+ Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

+ Please DO NOT edit my works without permission and give me credits if you can ♥.

EXTRA CHARGES:

+ If you want to use the artwork in your streams, there is a fee for streaming use separated from commercial use, which will be 50% of the commission's base price.

+ For commercial or merchandise use, it goes from 100% of the commission's base price and up (200%, 300%, etc) depending on your case, it'll be discussed between us before making the invoice.

+If you need the commission finished within a short period of time, rush fee starts at 30% but might go up depending on the time I'll be given to work and the style's complexity, we must both agree on a deadline and pricing before making the invoice.

+Depending on the complexity of the character and extra elements required, I could charge more. The final price will be given once you send the format, and before sending invoice you must agree with the final price.

+Consider that I will publish the commissions unless you ask me otherwise, you can ask for a 1 month privacy period in which I won't post your commission on any of my social media but after that time it will be posted and I will decide where to put the credits (or not to put them). If you want a private commission, 30% of its value will be charged.

+You have the right of 4 corrections for free, more of them will be charged an extra of +40% for each one. Simple things can be a mistake on my part, so without regrets you can point it out, for example forgetting moles, freckles, piercings, painted nails, a strand of colored hair, etc. If the change is not easy I will indicate it.
